Cake and Flours is a small home-style bakery that is all about giving you fresh and delicious gluten-free baked goods that will satisfy your cravings for indulgent bakes. Overly sweet baked goods just don't cut it, and when calories and money are involved, you definitely want something spectacular that's totally worth it. A freshly made bake can transport you to another place of sunshine and comfort when you need it most.

Baking can connect us to fond memories of our childhood. Freshly baked treats we enjoyed from our mother's and grandmother's kitchen will always bring back good memories of love and being connected. I love to bake gluten-free because most bakeries get it wrong. Flavour and texture is so important, and with a little science at play, I totally bring back the tender crumb and moistness to your favorite bakes.
When you face the demands of daily living, sitting back with a treat that's simply amazing and made especially with you in mind to enjoy is what I love to do.

Wedding Cakes
Custom wedding cakes aren't my passion. BUT, if my baking style happens to align with your vision, I'll gladly bake for your wedding! Have a look at the flavours on offer and let's get started!
Toppers and personalized decorations are not provided; you will need to source those yourself.
Themed Desserts
You'll notice I don't have any fancy dressed cakes in sugar flowers or cake decorating. That's because my craft is in delicious flavour over presentation. We all eat with our mouths after all😋.
Any personal writing on the cake, toppers or other decorations are to be sourced yourself.
Nut and Dairy Free
Generally, I don't bake everything without dairy and nuts. Although there are some baked treats that do not contain nuts, they are a big part of what I enjoy baking and eating. Check out veganyummbakehouse.com.au for vegan options.
