3–4 days' notice with payment ensures your bakes arrive at their absolute freshest. For example, Friday orders need to be placed and paid by Monday 5pm AEST.

I bake on select days each week, which is what keeps every batch truly fresh. Please allow 3–4 days when ordering so your treats are perfectly timed for pick-up.

I'm based in Redbank Plains, about 35 minutes from Brisbane CBD — a small trip for something genuinely delicious!

All bakes are made fresh in small batches, so I generally keep deliveries local. That said, if you're a little further afield, don't hesitate to ask — I'm always happy to consider it.

Allergies are always something I take seriously, and I want to be upfront with you — nuts and eggs are fundamental to the flavour and texture of my bakes, so nut-free and egg-free options aren't something I'm able to offer. Your safety matters more than a sale.

πDO YOU BAKE NOVELTY/THEMED OR CUSTOM CAKES?

My heart — and my oven! — is happiest creating the treats I've spent years perfecting. Novelty and themed cakes are wonderful, but they're not my speciality. What I can promise is that the bakes on my menu are intentionally crafted, deeply delicious, and need no extra frills to impress.β

ποΈCAN I HAVE A SPECIAL MESSAGE WRITTEN ON THE CAKE?

Writing directly onto cakes isn't a service I offer, but you're absolutely welcome to bring your own topper or arrange a chocolate message disc from a cake shop. Just be sure to allow enough lead time so it's ready for your event!

I'd be truly honoured to be part of your special day. If my style speaks to you, simply choose from the treats on my menu — please note I don't supply toppers, flowers, or writing, so you'll want to arrange those separately.

πΎWHAT FLOURS ARE IN YOUR GLUTEN-FREE BAKES?

I blend my own flour preparations — because off-the-shelf blends simply don't cut it. Depending on the bake, these can include rice (brown and white), soft yellow corn, almond (meal and flour), pistachio (meal and flour), hazelnut meal, teff, sorghum, arrowroot, tapioca and sweet rice π€€ — though never all at once!
Importantly, I do not use xanthan gum, guar gum, or any other gums, so those with sensitivities can enjoy my bakes without worry. Please note that by purchasing, you agree to my Disclaimer.

Wholesale is invitation-only. I occasionally partner with cafés that genuinely value fresh, small-batch gluten-free baking and truly prioritise their customers. Every collaboration begins with a visit to meet the owner in person.
