🍰HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU?

3–4 days’ notice with payment ensures your bakes are at their freshest. For example, Friday orders are due by Monday 5 pm AEST.

🕑DO YOU BAKE EVERY DAY?

I bake on select days each week. Please allow 3–4 days when ordering to ensure your freshly baked goods are ready for pick-up.

📍WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I'm located in Redbank Plains, about 35 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

🚚CAN YOU DELIVER MY TREATS?

All bakes are made fresh in small batches, so I usually stick to local deliveries. If you’re further afield, don’t be shy — I’m happy to consider your request!

🌱DO YOU BAKE ANYTHING VEGAN OR SUGAR-FREE?

I focus on fresh, indulgent gluten-free treats. For vegan or sugar-free options, I recommend veganyumm

🥜DO YOU BAKE NUT-FREE OR EGG-FREE?

I know allergies are important to consider — however, my bakes rely on nuts and eggs for their signature flavour and texture, so nut-free and egg-free options are not available.

🎂DO YOU BAKE NOVELTY/THEMED OR CUSTOM CAKES?

I focus on the treats listed on my website — novelty and themed cakes are fun, but my heart (and oven!) is happiest making the bakes I specialise in. My customers love the intentionally crafted treats I’ve spent years perfecting and find them delightful without any extra frills.

🖌️CAN I HAVE A SPECIAL MESSAGE WRITTEN ON THE CAKE?

While writing messages directly on a cake can be a lovely touch, I don’t provide this service. You’re welcome to bring your own topper or arrange a chocolate disc with your message from a cake shop. Please keep timing in mind so it’s ready for your event date.

💍DO YOU BAKE FOR WEDDINGS?

Yes! I love creating bakes for special days. If my style suits your wedding, I’d be delighted to bake for you — simply choose from the treats on the menu. Please note that I don’t provide toppers, flowers, or writing on the cake, so you’ll need to source those separately.

🌾WHAT FLOURS ARE IN YOUR GLUTEN-FREE BAKES?

I blend my own flour preparations, and depending on the bake, these can include: rice [brown and white], soft yellow corn, almond [meal and flour], pistachio [meal and flour], hazelnut [meal], teff, red sorghum, arrowroot, tapioca and sweet rice— though not all at once🤭 .

 

I do not use xanthan, guar, or any other gums in my fresh flours, so those with sensitivities can enjoy my bakes without further tummy upsets. Please note, by purchasing, you agree to my Disclaimer.

 

✅ARE YOUR GLUTEN-FREE GOODS SAFE FOR COELIACS?

Yes. I take great care to keep all gluten-free baking utensils, storage, and packaging strictly separate. Baking is done solo, starting only after thorough cleaning and a detailed coeliac-safe checklist. Every step is taken with care to keep your treats safe and enjoyable. 🏡IS YOUR HOME BAKERY APPROVED AND FOOD SAFE?

Yes! My home kitchen is fully licensed and Council approved, with a proud five-star food safety rating. Every treat is made with care in a sparkling, compliant space — my OCD tendencies make sure nothing less than perfect leaves the oven. License number: 109859.

🤝DO YOU SUPPLY TO CAFÉS AND COFFEE SHOPS? 

Wholesale is invitation-only. I occasionally partner with cafés that value fresh, hand-crafted gluten-free baking and genuinely prioritize their customers. Any collaboration is considered after visiting the café and meeting the owner.
